The success of our fundraising relies on public support.
Whether you host a morning tea or help organise Relay For Life in your community, there are plenty of ways you can lend a hand, because it takes all of us to tackle cancer.
Every dollar you raise in Tasmania stays in Tasmania, funding life-saving research, prevention programs and support services for anyone affected by cancer.
Explore ways to support our work with one of our events below or create your own fundraiser with our Do It For Cancer program.

Relay for Life
Join the global movement bringing communities together to celebrate cancer survivorship, remember loved ones lost and fight back against cancer. Team up and raise funds at our annual Tasmanian events in Hobart, Launceston and Penguin - with regional events happening all the time, including Huon Valley, Circular Head, Derwent Valley, Triabunna and more.

Gala events
Enjoy the fun and fundraising of our annual Gala Balls in Devonport, Launceston and Hobart, and our Unite in Yellow lunch.

Women’s 5km Walk/Run
Register now to join in, and fundraise for, Launceston’s iconic springtime fun run.

Do It For Cancer
Establish your own creative new event or challenge with support from our community fundraising program.
Donations and bequests make a real difference
Giving a charitable gift in your name or in honour of a loved one can mean a world of difference as we work together for a future free from cancer.
There are also options to donate on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis through our Regular Giving program, or to make a one-off donation to the Cancer Council Tasmania Appeal.
You can also make a significant contribution to future-proofing our essential support services, vital research, fee-free client transport and community education with a gift to our Future Fund.
