Get email reminders to do your test after it arrives 

These reminders will prompt you to do your test after it arrives in the mail. You’ll receive a confirmation email now and a reminder five weeks after you get your kit in the mail. 

Once signed up, you’ll receive a confirmation email and several reminders. If you didn’t get a kit, or yours is damaged, lost or expired, you can ask for another by filling out the National Cancer Screening Register’s reorder form.
